We had a light lunch at Ottolenghi - London after a very rich dinner the night before. These are some of the best salads I have ever had in my life! If you are in Islington, you need to stop in for lunch or dinner. Also picked up some spices and treats to take home with us! Can’t wait to try my hand at some of these salads in my kitchen. They are available in his cookbooks and online!
